How do I create my training plan?
Open the app and import your InBody scan as a PDF or photo. AiFitPro Gym reads the results, asks for your goal and training days, then builds a muscle-group split for you.
My InBody scan was not read correctly.
Use a clear, well-lit photo or the original PDF, with the full report visible and not cropped. You can re-import at any time to generate a new plan.
Exercise videos do not play.
Videos stream from YouTube and need an internet connection. Everything else in the app works offline.
Where is my data stored? Can I delete it?
All your data stays on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it completely. See our Privacy Policy.
Is AiFitPro Gym medical advice?
No. AiFitPro Gym provides general fitness guidance. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition.
